Our organization makes it a point to set aside specific days in the year to observe and promote our core values to identify, unearth, and nurture individuals’ potentials as a catalyst to foster societal development. We include our psychoanalytic strategies to identify their strengths, weaknesses, development and purposes in different areas, which can be valuable in choosing a career path that aligns with their abilities.

The Mission Minded International in observance of the International Mentoring Day (January 17th) each year promotes the power of mentoring relationship across the globe. We do this to raise awareness, recognize mentors and mentees and support mentorship programs. This is a way of promoting our core values. We undertake various activities including psychometric analysis tests, career counseling, symposia, talents training and the likes, to identify and build upon existing potentials to take them through their journeys.

Our role is not limited to only students. Everyone needs guidance, counseling and support at points in time. As a result we open our doors to the working class, employees and employers by organizing workshops for professionals to nurture their chosen paths in life and assist them identify their true purpose. We believe that a person’s career training does not end after being employed.

MMI reach out to various schools to engage students, patrons and parents on the essence of prioritizing their wards’ development needs by using psychometrics assessments to identify their potentials. These critically include career guidance and development, counseling, mentoring and talent training programs by encouraging them to reach out for support in all aspects of their learning process. MMI also involve the parents with feedback sessions by motivating their wards and making them cognizant of their children’s choices and purposes.
