Who We Are
The Mission Minded International (MMI) is a non-profit organization that provides career guidance, mentoring and coaching, among other services, to young persons from the ages of thirteen to twenty-five years (13-25), aimed at helping them to identify and fully attain their potentials.
The organization seeks to facilitate access to resources and information to help develop knowledge in learning and advancing the overall development of individuals.
The Mission Minded International was established in May 2023 purposely to assist individuals, especially students of school-going age to manage all psychological and social issues affecting them in the wider community. The organization helps students cope with difficult situations in their academic journey through holistic development programs, providing them with an opportunity to move towards a more satisfying and resourceful academic experience to enable them achieve their aspirations in life.

Our Approach defines our Purpose
The Non – Governmental Organization, in addition, has identified the essence for the use of psychometric trends in career guidance namely:
- the use of information and communication technologies (ICT) in career-guidance systems,
- identifying and developing one’s career-management skills (CMS),
- the importance of cooperation and coordination mechanisms between the ward and their parents,
- the role of parents in young person’s career choices (informal career guidance).
Psychometric testing plays a pivotal role in career guidance and is mostly used to assess individual’s abilities, gaps, personality traits, values and interests. These are mostly designed to provide detailed objective information about a person's characteristics, subsequently guide career choices and development.
These tests provide objective data which can also aid career counselors or individuals in making informed decisions. The reports of these tests, when combined with other factors such as education, work experience, and personal goals, can assist individuals narrow down career options and make choices based on a firm foundation of self-awareness.

Meet The Team

Nana Araba A. E. Ampiah is the Chief Executive Officer of The Mission Minded International, and also serves on the Human Resource Board as the Human Resource (HR) consultant for Youth Women’s Christian Association (YWCA).
She worked on the Ghana Employment and Social Protection Programme (GESP) project funded by the European Union as the Operations Expert, which supported the vulnerable and the poor in selected regions by implementing a holistic approach of social protection system.
On the Ghana Decentralization Support project, also funded by the European Union for the Local Government Service in Ghana, Nana was the Human Resource Specialist in charge of job profiles, job analysis and performance appraisals for the assigned Metropolitan, Municipal and District Assemblies (MMDAs).
She manages and develops people through mentoring and coaching, identifying talents, Career Counseling and also uses Psychometric assessment to identify and develop employees training needs and succession planning.
Nana Araba is a people’s person and brings with her a wealth of experiences gained over the years in interacting with diverse people through her job roles.
She has demonstrated a solid knowledge ranging from Personnel Management, HR appraisals, to identification, selection, and management of talents. Her expertise includes setting up of HR systems and procedures for both public sector as well as corporate start-ups across a wide variety of sectors.
Nana Araba holds an MSc. In Engineering Business Management (Coventry University), Certificate in Transform on Social Protection Module, Post Graduate Certificate in Strategic and Leadership Management, Post Graduate Certificate in Treasury Management and Operations, SPHRi (Ongoing}, Occupational Test Administrator in Psychometric Testing (SHL, South Africa), BSc in Human Resource Management, Diploma in Public Relations and Tourism.
She enjoys travelling and visiting of tourist sites.

Ukiya Henson is a motivated individual with a strong background in event hosting, marketing, and customer service.
She hold a Masters of Professional Media Management with a focus on Marketing and Sales, as well as a Bachelors of Art in Radio/Television Communications. With an educational foundation in social media marketing, Ukiya brings a wealth of knowledge in Content creation, CRM, problem-solving, and sales.
Ukiya Henson is highly skilled in computer literacy, team management, critical thinking, and attention to detail. With her strong leadership abilities, she excels at working with diverse teams and delivering exceptional results.

As a Social Media Strategist am responsible for planning, developing and implementing the NGO’s overall social media strategy in order to support and improve online presence and the overall digital marketing efforts. A passionate problem solver with over 4 years of experience and astute in communication and time management skills
Antoinette is an expert assistant with prior experience in supporting a high level CEO and other executives. She is knowledgeable with everything from customer service to data entry and drafting well researched documents and MS office.
With my background in Psychology, I am able to critically analyze situations and individual that come in contact with in order to assist them in the very best way possible.
She can strongly perform social media duties in the NGO’s especially in a business context as well as hospitality management. With the aforementioned experiences, I am very confident to make a significant impact to achieve the goals of the institution

Dennis Kweku Moore is an Educationist and a Media Practitioner.
Dennis is a Team Player and result oriented in his field of endeavor. He has extensive experience in the Media industry as a radio and Television presenter with over 15 years of broadcasting.
Dennis Kweku Moore is a writer in especially sports and social issues.
Dennis holds a Diploma in Adult Education from the University of Ghana, Legon with his Teaching experience from the Wesley College in Kumasi

Patricia Asantewaa Owusu is a critical analytical thinker with strong communication skills. Having worked in diverse roles, she has gained rich experience in people, time and relationship management, customer care management, logistics and operations management.
As Operations Manager, she contributed to the success of her organization by putting structures in place for effective planning, scheduling and execution of all assignments. In addition, Patricia was also responsible for cost-effective planning, processing, and production, which resulted in reducing wastage drastically in the organization.
Patricia Asantewaa Owusu holds an MSc. In Logistics and Supply Chain Management, Certificate in B.Sc. in Business Administration (Marketing Option) and Certificate in Marketing (CIM –UK).
As a Chief Operations Officer for the Mission Minded International, she manages and works with individual department heads of the organization and monitors their work by ensuring they achieve their outmost goals.
She likes researching, travelling, watching movies and explore new things.
The Board

Mr. Ashiabor has a passion for Non-Profit Organisation work and philanthropy development with particular emphasis on NPO funding, NPO sustainability and NPO Law.
Mr. Dela T. Ashiabor, a senior civil servant and a clinical social worker, is currently the Director of the Non – Profit Organisation Secretariat of the Republic of Ghana, the highest statutory body set up by the government to regulate the operations of the NPO sector and advise Government on the Non – Profit Organisation sector and related issues. Before assuming that role, Mr. Ashiabor was the Deputy Director of Programmes Development, Department of Social Welfare (DSW).
He obtained a Certificate from the School of Social Work and is a product of the University of Ghana where he obtain Diploma in Social Administration, Bachelor of Arts in Social Work and Master of Philosophy in Social Work. He obtained a Post-graduate Certificate in Psychotherapy from the Tavistock and Portman Health Insurance Trust, London, UK.
He is a member of many professional organizations including the Ghana Social Workers Association, Global Social Workers, Network of Professional Social Workers and a member of the National Technical Committee on Non-Profit Organisations Legal Framework of Ghana

I am a creative, enthusiastic, and dedicated professional with a get-it done mentality. In order to empower people to influence future generations and live the fulfilling lives that Christ Jesus promised, I believe in nurturing and assisting people in identifying their potential and their life purposes.
Dr, Daniel Doku holds a doctorate in theology from Immanuel theological seminary in the USA and a master’s degree in guidance and counselling. He is a licensed minister in the Assemblies of God Church in Ghana and a member of the American psychology Association (APA). I also serve as the assistant pastor of Mt. Zion Assembly in New Gbawe, which is part of the Ablekuma / Gbawe District of Greater Accra West. I serve as associate pastor in charge of the missions department and the children’s ministry. A passionate and dedicated professional, I believe in empowering people to impact the generations and live the fulfilled lives that Christ promised by nurturing and assisting them discovering their potentials.
